When You’ve Been Carrying Too Much (And You’re Ready To Feel Like You Again)
It’s been a while since I’ve written here.
Life has been… a lot.
Client sessions. Family. Soccer weekends. The behind‑the‑scenes building of programs and offers.
And honestly? I didn’t want to write just to fill space.
But lately, I keep hearing the same thing in sessions, in conversations, even in my own head:
👉 “I don’t even feel like myself anymore.”
👉 “I’ve done everything I’m supposed to—why do I still feel so heavy?”
👉 “I know I’m capable of more, but I feel stuck.”
If that’s you, I see you. And I want to tell you something real:
You don’t need to become someone else.
You don’t need to hustle harder or fix yourself.
You’re not behind.
What you do need is space.
Space to unburden the things you’ve been silently carrying:
The proving. The guilt. The old stories you’ve been living under.
The subconscious weight and pressure that’s been telling your body and mind it’s not safe to fully be you.
When we create that space, you start to feel it.
Your own breath again, easier and gentler.
Your own power humming underneath.
Your own voice coming back online.
This is the work I do every day in sessions: clearing what’s been stuck so you can move through your life, business, relationships, and leadership lighter. More present. More you.
If you’ve been feeling off your center, here’s something simple you can try right now:
✨ Put one hand on your heart, one hand on your belly. Close your eyes.
✨ Take three slow breaths, and with each exhale imagine letting go of one thing that’s been weighing on you.
As you keep breathing, whisper these to yourself:
💛 I am allowed to feel good again.
💛 It’s safe for me to soften and receive.
💛 Even now, I am enough.
💛 I belong and am safe in my own life.
Let those words settle in as you keep your hands there, feeling the rise and fall of your own body with each breath.
When you’re ready, take three deeper, even breaths—long, steady inhales… long, steady exhales,
And with that final exhale, gently open your eyes and let yourself come back to your day.
Carry that feeling with you.
And if you’re ready for deeper help to unhook the patterns that keep looping, my sessions are open.
You don’t have to carry all of this alone.
Here’s to feeling like yourself again, or maybe for the first time. 💕
