Celebrating small moments of growth and transformation

Wrapping Up 2024 with Gratitude, Growth, and Soulful Reconnection

December 20, 20243 min read

I can’t believe it’s that time of year again—how is it already the end of December?! This year has flown by, and wow, what a year it’s been! As I sit here with my favorite cozy drink (yes, extra whipped cream is non-negotiable), I’m reflecting on everything we’ve accomplished together. Spoiler: It’s a lot.

When I launched the Soulful Reconnection Kit, I had big hopes for what it could do. But let me tell you, YOU have completely blown me away with your stories, your wins, and the ways you’ve shown up for yourselves. I’ve been over here cheering like a proud mom at a little league game—yes, I’ve been that loud.

Growth Looks Different for Everyone

Here’s the thing I’ve learned this year: Growth doesn’t have to be a grand slam. It’s often in the small, steady steps—the tiny choices to choose YOU. Maybe it’s a moment of self-love in the chaos of your day, a single boundary you set, or a three-minute meditation that reminds you to breathe.

For me, growth has been leaning into the messy middle and trusting the process. And wow, watching so many of you do the same? That’s been the highlight of my year. You’re proof that the magic happens when we commit to showing up, even when it feels hard.

Lessons from 2024

Here are a few gems I’m taking with me into the new year:

  1. Self-love isn’t selfish—it’s survival. Seriously, you can’t pour from an empty cup, and no, running on caffeine doesn’t count.

  2. Letting go makes room for better things. Whether it’s old habits, guilt, or expectations that aren’t yours to carry—release it.

  3. Community is everything. The best kind of growth happens when we know we’re not doing this alone.

  4. Growth can be frustrating as hell—it’s not always a straight line, and that’s okay.

And let me just say: I’m so grateful for YOU. Your willingness to dig in, try the tools, and share your breakthroughs has been nothing short of inspiring. I’m here for it. All of it.

Looking Ahead

So, what’s next? I’ll let you in on a little secret: 2025 is going to be BIG. I’ve got more audios, resources, tools, and programs in the works to help you keep clearing those emotional blocks, healing self-doubt, RELAXING and creating balance in your life. (Basically, we’re going to crush it, together.)

But for now, let’s focus on wrapping up this year with intention. Take a moment to celebrate yourself, okay? Reflect on what you’ve done, no matter how big or small. Celebrate the wins, the lessons, and even the moments you just kept going. That’s huge.
