This page isn't my resume. It's not a highlight reel or just a list of certifications.

It's just me, who I am, how I got here, and why I do this work the way I do.

Because I think you should actually know the person you're trusting with the tender stuff. The real stuff. The stuff you maybe haven't said out loud yet.

So. Let's get into it.

How I got here

For over 20 years, I was a massage therapist and business owner.

My work was hands-on, deeply personal, and grounded in the body.

I supported women through stress, times of transition, exhaustion but over time I noticed something deeper.

Under the tension, knots, and fatigue, I kept meeting the same story.

Women who had learned to stay strong, no matter what.

Women who held everything together, at work, at home, in their relationships.

Women whose systems never got to learn it was safe to rest, to feel like they were enough just as they are.

They weren't incapable or failing. Their bodies were doing exactly what they were trained to do,

stay on guard and protect at all cost.

That understanding changed everything for me. And it's at the core of how I work now.

That's when I went deeper. I trained in Hypnotherapy and became a Certified Hypnotherapist, trained as a Master HeartHealing™ Practitioner, and eventually found Human Design.

It all led me here.

How I Work

What I do works at a different level.

We start with your unique story and even investigate your unique blueprint.

Your Human Design gives us a map of how you're wired, how you make decisions, where you give your energy, why certain things have always felt like swimming upstream.

Not because something is wrong with you.

Because you've been living someone else's map.

Then we go inside.

Because the stories that keep you stuck don't just live in your head. They live outside your mind, in your body, in your patterns, your automatic responses and the way you show up in the world.

Then we get to the heart if it through a heart-centered subconscious process that gets underneath the noise of what the world told you about who you are and what you're capable of without forcing, fixing, or trying to figure yourself out.

These together are what make this different. Understanding your design tells you who you are. The heart and body work clears what's been in the way of you living it.

Women leave sessions with something they didn't expect.

Not just a plan or a list of next steps. But a quiet steady sense of themselves that they forgot was there. What they want. Who they are. Why they do what they do. What's actually important to them.

Why this work is different

They need someone to help them get underneath the BS that's kept them looping and doing the same things for years. Their decisions, their outlook and their view of life. The very system that tells them who they are and who they get to be.

You know, the stuff so old and deep they don't feel like stories anymore. They just feel like reality.

When your system learned to stay alert, hold everything together at all costs, and keep going no matter what, it was protecting you. That was smart. It worked. Your brain and body did their job.

But protection mode has a cost. Peace doesn't last or like its for someone else, not you. Enjoyment feels conditional. You're present but not really there.

That's why this work goes to where the stories actually live.

Not just in your thoughts. In your body. Your heart. The parts of you running quietly in the background of every decision you make.

This isn't about becoming someone new. It's about finally being able to see who you actually are underneath all of it.

When I'm not working...

You'll find me with my crew. My husband and our five boys.

Yes, five. 🤪

Only two still live at home now and that's its own kind of bittersweet. Life was loud and full for so long. And then one day it just gets quieter in ways you weren't quite prepared for.

If I'm not cheering from the sidelines at a soccer game or sitting in a parking lot waiting for practice to end, I'm probably crocheting something cozy, reading a good book, or soaking in some much needed silence.

Because five boys. 😅

I'm married to a man who still makes me laugh. I live in Washington State USA, where the coffee is good and the rain is no joke, but so is the beautiful green landscape.

I believe peace is powerful. I believe when women stop abandoning themselves and truly accept who they always could be the world changes.

It starts with us and ripples out to everyone we love.

That's not just something I say. It's something I live. Imperfectly and with a lot of gratitude.
