I work with women who’ve built full, successful lives and still feel like something in them hasn’t quite got it yet.
They’re capable. Responsible. Often the one others lean on.
They’ve done the work. They’ve tried to think their way through it.
And still… their body stays tense. Their nervous system stays on guard. Their hearts and minds disconnected.
Even when things are “good.”
That’s the place I know well.
Not because I studied it from the outside but because I’ve spent decades inside it, with real people, real bodies, and real lives.
For over 20 years, I was a massage therapist and business owner.
My work was hands-on, deeply personal, and grounded in the body.
I supported clients through pain, stress, exhaustion, and transition. And over time, I started to notice something that couldn’t be worked out through muscle alone.
Underneath the tension, the knots, and the fatigue was something deeper:
• Women who had learned to stay strong no matter what
• Women who held everything together — at home, at work, in their relationships
• Women whose systems never quite learned it was safe to rest
They weren’t broken.
They weren’t failing.
Their systems were doing exactly what they’d been trained to do —
protect them at all costs.
Like armor built for survival.
That understanding changed everything for me.

I don’t believe most women need more self-care routines, mindset shifts, or strategies to fix themselves.
I believe many women are living in protection mode long after the situation that required it has passed.
Their systems learned how to stay alert.
How to hold everything together.
How to keep going, even when it was exhausting.
When the body is still operating this way, peace and connection don’t last.
Enjoyment feels conditional.
Presence takes effort.
That’s why my work focuses on the subconscious and the body, not as something to control or override,
but as something that holds important information.
This isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about understanding what your system has been doing for you
and helping you reconnect with the you buried underneath.
The one that is ready to be here in the now, in this beautiful life you've created.

You’ll find me with my crew — my hubby and our five boys (yes, five! 🤪), who are truly my anchor and my why.
These days only two still live at home, so I know how life can be insanely busy and how weird it feels when it starts to change as they grow up.
If I’m not cheering someone on from the sidelines at a soccer field or sitting in the car at a practice, I’m probably crocheting something cozy, reading a good book, or soaking in some much-needed silence (because: five boys).
I know how great life can be when you can fully, participate in your life from a place of clarity, security and acceptance. And I want that for you too.
I believe peace is powerful.
And when women stop abandoning themselves, the world changes.
If you’ve been reading this and quietly thinking,
“Yeah… this feels so familiar,” you’re not imagining it.
I've been there and the women I work with have been there too.
They aren’t broken or behind.
They’re capable, thoughtful, and deeply self-aware
they’ve just been carrying more than they were ever meant to hold alone.
There’s a gentler, more connected way to live inside the life you already have. One that doesn’t require fixing yourself, trying harder, or becoming someone else.
If you want to explore what that could look like for you,
we can start there.

A guided meditation for the moments you feel yourself slipping into overwhelm.
Come back into your body, your breath, and your truth so you can meet the rest of your day from a grounded, steady place.
