You find yourself wondering, deep down, when it will finally feel light. Joyful, even. I know that space because I lived it too — outwardly accomplished, inwardly running on fumes.
For over 20 years in healthcare and body-based healing, I saw firsthand what stress, shame, and self-sacrifice do to a woman’s body.
No matter how successful someone was, so many of them were just barely holding it together inside.
And if you’re anything like them — and like me — you’ve already tried the things: therapy, coaching, mindset work.
But the patterns? The sabotage? The spirals? They’re still there.
Because this isn’t just a mindset problem.
It’s a body-held, subconscious, emotional wound problem.
My own shift came when I finally realized the exhaustion and proving weren’t signs that I was failing — they were old patterns my body and subconscious were still carrying.
When I learned how to release them, everything changed.
I didn’t just feel lighter and freer — I became a more present mom, a safer partner, and a woman who could finally mirror worth and wholeness back to my kids.
I wasn’t unhappy before. I loved my family, my business, my life. But I was carrying more than anyone could see.
And the truth is, so many women are.
That shift in me is why I do what I do now.
Because I know what it’s like to have a good life — a life you love — and still feel the weight of pressure, proving, and self-sacrifice buried underneath it all.
I know what it’s like to try everything: therapy, coaching, mindset work… and still feel like something deeper is keeping you stuck.
And I also know the freedom that comes when you finally release those body-held, subconscious patterns at the root.
That’s the work I do with women today: helping you unburden the weight you’ve been carrying, so you can stop proving and start living free, whole, and powerful in the life you’ve already built.

When I’m not guiding women through this work, you’ll usually find me with a coffee on the deck, crocheting (and ripping it out ten times before I start again 🙃), or tucked into my hammock with a book.
I love laughing with my husband over ridiculous TV, cheering from the sidelines at my kids’ games, and soaking up the simple, quiet moments that make life feel rich.
Because I believe healing isn’t about perfection. It’s about presence.
It’s about feeling safe in your own body, connected to the people you love, and free to enjoy the life you’ve already built.
You don’t need another strategy.
You don’t need to work harder.
And you definitely don’t need to keep carrying it all alone.
