This page is where you get to know me a little. Not just what I do or the letters after my name, but who I am, how I got here, and why this work means everything to me.
Because I don't think you should work with someone you don't know anything about. 🙃

I spent over twenty years as a massage therapist and business owner.
My work was hands on and deeply personal. Women came to me carrying stress, exhaustion, times of transition and change and what I kept finding underneath the physical tension and pain was something much older and much heavier.
Stories of unworthiness. Guilt. Shame. The weight of never feeling like enough. Not feeling like they knew who they were anymore. Holding themselves back from the dreams and goals they held in their hearts.
I wasn't just working on bodies. I was sitting with women in some of their most vulnerable moments, holding space for things they hadn't said out loud to many, or maybe anyone.
And the whole time, I was carrying my own version of the same thing.
It wasn't until I started pushing my own business forward, really pushing, the uncomfortable kind, that my own stories started cracking open. The healing journey I had been guiding others through was mine too.
That's when everything deepened.
I trained in Hypnotherapy and HeartHealing™, found Human Design and finally started understanding why I am the way I am, and began to see my own worth, my own value, my own place in this work.
Twenty plus years of holding other people's stories. And somewhere in the middle of all of it, I finally started seeing my own.
Most women aren't stuck because they haven't tried hard enough.
They're stuck because they're living through experiences so old and so deep they don't even recognize them as stories anymore. They just feel like reality.
Stories that say you have to earn your worth. That wanting more is selfish. That you should be grateful for what you have and stop making noise about the rest. You are just this way or that.
Those stories don't just live in the mind where you can just think your way out of them. They live deeper than that. In the body. In the nervous system. In the patterns that run like an operating system quietly in the background of every decision, every relationship, every moment you almost let yourself have something good.
That's why I work the way I work.
Not to fix what's broken, because nothing is broken. But to help you get underneath the stories that have been running the show, so you can finally start seeing yourself the way you actually are.
Clear. Worthy. Joyful. And already enough.

You’ll find me with my crew — my hubby and our five boys (yes, five! 🤪), who are truly my anchor and my why.
Only two still live at home now which is its own kind of bittersweet. I know firsthand how life can be loud and full and then suddenly quieter in ways you weren't quite prepared for.
If I'm not cheering from the sidelines at a soccer field or sitting in the car at practice, I'm probably crocheting something cozy, reading a good book, or soaking in some much needed silence.
Because five boys. 🙃
I believe peace is powerful. I believe when women stop abandoning themselves the world changes. It begins with us and then ripples out through all those we love most in this world. When we embrace ourselves the life, our relationships and our careers change too. All for the better.
I believe the life you actually want is closer than the stories embedded in your being have been telling you.
It all starts with you.
You're probably exactly who I do this work for.
You don't have to know exactly what you need or have it all figured out before you reach out. Most women who find their way here don't. They just know something needs to shift.
If that's you, let's talk.
We'll figure out together where you are, what's underneath it, and what would actually move things forward.
A guided meditation for the moments you feel yourself slipping into overwhelm.
Come back into your body, your breath, and your truth so you can meet the rest of your day from a grounded, steady place.
