For years, I poured into everyone else while quietly ignoring what my own body and heart were trying to tell me. On the outside, life looked good. But inside, I was tired and trying way too hard to hold it all together.
I kept believing if I just pushed a little harder or achieved one more thing… I’d finally feel at peace. But the truth was simple: I couldn’t keep going like that.
When I finally stopped forcing and started listening, everything shifted. Feeling like myself again wasn’t about doing more — it came from feeling safe enough to be fully alive, to be me.
That’s what I help women reconnect to now:
